A castle and some fairly typical Spanish scenery - dry, yellow fields and a clear blue sky. The stalks are all sunflower planted that have been harvested. In the heat they smell like warm corn - makes you hungry!
A mountain lake in the Sierra de Ronda. Yesterday afternoon. Had to ride over those this morning.
A national park in Northern Spain. The trees were all pine and it was so hot that it smelt like a sauna as well as feeling like one! Stunning scenery and long, long climbs.
Welcome to my place... a night in the Pyrenees. Should have moved that Sainsbury's bag! This is at 1300m on the col du Portalet - the last one into Spain. Did Col d'Aubisque earlier in the day.
